ENTRY FEE: WSAC Members—Free [entitles exhibitor to four [4] paintings for display, judging, and sale] Non-Members—$5.00 per entered piece [up to 4] High School Students—$2.00 [May enter up to 4 entries]

ORIGINAL WORK ONLY! Must have been completed within the past two years.
ACCEPTABLE PAINTINGS Maximum outside frame is unlimited. Paintings must be suitably framed with SCREW EYES and WIRE attached on the back [no saw-toothed hangers]. Place name, address, phone, and title on the back of each entry. WSAC reserves the right to reject any entry that does not comply with the Clothesline Art Exhibit rules. WSAC reserves the right to change entry category if entry is entered into incorrect category and to combine categories if insufficient entries deem it necessary. UNACCEPTABLE PAINTINGS Any wet paintings, unprotected charcoals or pastels, any previously entered art in the Clothesline Art Exhibit, copies of other artist’s works, photographs, or computer generated art will not be accepted.
ENTRIES WILL BE RECEIVED between 6 pm and 8 pm on Thursday, May 19th and 9 am and 11 am on Friday, May 20th at the Evangelical Lutheran Church, 43 S. Church Street, Waynesboro, PA 17268. A WSAC appointed committee will arrange and hang paintings. Said committee reserves the right to change paintings ad categories if necessary. Out-of-town judges will hold a closed judging.
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE REMOVED AFTER THE SHOW AT 7 PM on Tuesday, May 24th. If you have a conflict, please arrange to have your paintings picked up on time. WSAC and the Lutheran Church are not responsible for any loss or damage of work sub- mitted.
BEST OF SHOW will be awarded a rosette plus $150 cash reward. The Betty Holladay Award [best watercolor landscape], the Erston Barnhart Award [best oil landscape (family choice)], and the Lillian DiGiammarino Memorial Award [student best of show] will each receive $100 cash reward. All categories will award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places plus honorable mentions.

Entry form and fee payment must be received by April 19th, 2022. Complete entry form. Indicate category, medium, price [price on request will not be accepted], or NFS [not for sale]. Prices will be included in the Exhibit program. Return completed form and fee payment [if applicable] to Andrea Holmes, 24 Setter Trail, Fairfield, PA 17320. No entries will be accepted by phone or email. Entries received after deadline will not be eligible for judging. Make all checks payable to Waynesboro Studio Art Club.
